Pre-Qualification of FirmsProvision of Services of Air Travel Agency for Pakistan Startup FundIgnite is incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (previously Companies Ordinance, 1984), by the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan. The Pakistan Startup Fund (PSF) and BridgeStart Pakistan are key initiatives under the government-backed project "PM Initiatives - Support for IT Startups, Specialized IT Trainings, and Venture Capital - Component 1," implemented by Ignite. These programs aim to drive the growth and innovation of Pakistani startups by offering strategic support and funding opportunities. Ignite-Pakistan Startup Fund (PSF) invites proposals from qualified licensed/registered well reputed entities for “Provision of Services of Air Travel Agency for Pakistan Startup Fund” as per details mentioned in the Prequalification document that can be downloaded from https://ignite.org.pk/procurement, https://vendors.epads.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk Interested entities should be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be GST registered (where applicable). The firms must also be registered/ a member of IATA accredited agencies. Firms must also possess a sound market reputation and demonstrate relevant prior experience as specified in the Prequalification document. Proposals must be available on EPADS 2.0 as per the published Prequalification by 1500 hours on July 06, 2026 will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours.
